Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal information Coder Studios Ltd (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, why, and what your rights are. It covers coderstudios.com only. Our products, PaidProper and DoRevision, have their own privacy notices.
Who we are
Coder Studios Ltd is a company registered in England & Wales (company number 08376374). We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website. You can contact us at [email protected].
What we collect
When you contact us
If you use the contact form or email us, we receive the information you give us: your name, email address, and optionally your company, website, budget range and anything you write in your message. The form sends this to us by email; it is not stored in a database on this website.
We use it only to reply to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to manage that relationship. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
When you browse the site
Like most websites, our web server and hosting providers record technical information about requests — such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time — for security and to keep the site running. These logs are kept for a limited period and are not used to identify or profile visitors.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website. See our cookie notice.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your information or share it with anyone for marketing. It may be processed by the service providers we use to run this website and our email, such as our hosting and email providers, and by our content delivery network, which protects the site. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch. If we work together, records are kept for as long as needed for that work and for our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to data portability. To make a request, email [email protected].
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We’d appreciate the chance to deal with your concern first.

This site links to other websites, including our products and the organisations we have worked with. Their privacy practices are their own; please read their privacy notices.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice if the way we handle personal information changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
